  - debian/compat: bump to 5
  - add a desktop file to show the screensaver settings in the menu (LP #81319)
  - 01keyboard_makefile.patch, 10keyboard_layouts.patch: provide a keyboard
    layout configuration tool.
* debian/patches: strip dpatch headers from 01_mouse_plugin_memory_fix.dpatch 
  and rename it to 02mouse_plugin_memory_fix.patch since we use simple-patchsys.
