* Merge from Debian Unstable, remaining Ubuntu changes:
  - use cdbs
  - drop chrpath and quilt build-deps
  - update Maintainer and add an Original-Maintainer field
  - Drop debian/patches/series since we use simple-patchsys
  - Homepage, XS-Vcs-Bzr & XS-Vcs-Browser fields added
  - debian/compat: bump to 5
  - debian/xfwm4.1: update bug reporting (LP instead of Debian BTS).
* Drop annoying delta with Debian: rename debian/patches/00_fix_xfwm4_hang.patch
  to debian/patches/02_fix-xfwm4-hang.patch.
* debian/control: use Vcs-* instead of XS-Vcs-*.
