* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
  - Add a patch to drop libdb4.4 detection, as it will always use that
    if it's available.
  - Update configure patching in 99-update-autoconf.
  - Re-enable copying of config.{sub,guess}, given the upstream provided one
    is from 1999.
