    re-factored for our current version.

  - Drop build-deps on policykit and libpolkit-dbus-dev and add
    build-dep on libpolkit-gobject-1-dev.
  - gconf-defaults-service doesn't depend on policykit.
* debian/gconf-defaults-service.install:
  - Correctly install new polkit-1 data.
* debian/patches/70_relibtoolize.patch:
  - Autotools update.
