* Merge from debian experimental, remaining changes:
  - debian/control:
    - Drop recently introduced cvsps build dependency; it's only necessary
      or some self tests, but is in universe (Ubuntu specific).
    - Added libauthen-sasl-perl on Recommends and libnet-smtp-ssl-perl on
