* Add bdep on libc6-dev >= 2.10.1-0ubuntu1~ppa4 to get support for the
__abort_msg variable.
* Readd --enable-assert-messages on armel since a sufficiently high glibc is
now built there.
* Comment out Vcs-* since we carry Ubuntu changes.
