* Merge with debian experimental; remaining ubuntu changes: (LP: #339531)
  - debian/control: Do not suggest kile-i18n, as it doesn't exist
  - debian/rules: Keep our own simple rules-file using kde4.mk from cdbs
  - debian/control: Don't build depend on pkg-kde-tools but on cdbs
  - debian/kile.install: Install debian/kile.xpm directly using this file
  - debian/kile-doc.install: Install docs in /usr/share/doc/kde
