* Mono 2.0 transition.
  - debian/patches/configurable-compiler.patch allows us to override the
    compiler from debian/rules, and then we use this to set csc as the
    compiler. We also exchange mono-devel for mon-gmcs in Build-Depends so
    that csc is available.
  - Drop mono-gac from Build-Depends.
* debian/patches/using-gnome.patch: add -pkg:gnome-sharp-2.0 to fthe build
  line in Makefile so that "Gnome" is available.
