* Merge changes from 1.0.9-1 and 1.0.9pre1-4:
* Disable mount.nfs once again; it's not ready for regular use according
to upstream.
* Revert mount options patch to mount.nfs; it's irrelevant as long as we
don't install the binary.
* Install the new rpcdebug program.
* Remove the {mount,umount}.nfs manpages.
