* Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField

* Update to SVN r118 to gain support for storing fingerprint files in
  user home directories, readable by the user themselves.
* Apply documentation patch from mailing list to match SVN changes.

* Ship bash completion from SVN rather than our own.
* Add uinput to /etc/modules if not already present.
* Provide HAL FDI and PolicyKit policy to grant access to the fingerprint
  reader to users on the active console.
