* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
- 03_lcd-filter-freedesktop-bug10301.dpatch: Use FreeType's LCD
filtering support. Version libfontconfig1-dev and libfreetype6-dev
build-dependencies and dependencies to match.
* Update LCD filtering patch for fontconfig 2.5.92 (thanks, webograph;
LP: #244366).
