* 01_db_field_rename.dpatch:
  - Rename db field (upstream will do this later).
* 02_gconf_api.dpatch:
  - Update for newer gconf api.
  - Don't use gconf's cache as seems to make ebox think it has unsaved
    changes, even when it doesn't.
* 03_upstart.dpatch:
  - Ditch runit in favour of upstart.
* 05_move_helper_scripts.dpatch:
  - Move all the helper scripts to /usr/share as they are arch independent
    and not to be called by the user.
* 06_postgres_auth.dpatch, debian/ebox.postinst:
  - Make ebox use ident authentication rather than password authentication.
* 07_no_more_apache-perl.dpatch:
  - Kick out ancient apache-perl and use apache2 with mod_perl2 instead.
  - Use completely separate instance of Apache2 rather than mangling the
    existing's configuration.
  - Hardcode the paths for various Apache stuff. There is absolutely no point
    in keeping them configurable.
* 08_derootification.dpatch:
  - Stop running loggerd as root (ebox added to adm group instead).
* 99_automake.dpatch:
  - Move the remade Makefile.in's to a separate dpatch.
