  - 06_gcc43: Add some missing includes to fix compilation on gcc-snapshot.
    (Closes: #422201)
* Reorder patches to minimize compexity:
  - 18_valgrind and 19_delete-http: merged into 04_memleaks
  - 22_loqqer: moved to 05_loqqer
  - re-diff all of the patches so they apply cleanly.
