* Merge from debian unstable, remaining changes:
  - Fix the init script to handle kernels >= 2.6.18
  - Fix printk suppression in init script
  - Set printk configuration back to its previous state on powerpc too.
  - Use ondemand if possible
  - Switch back to performance if powernowd is stopped
  - Call to dh_installinit to remove stop links from rc0 and rc6
  - Versioned-dependency on sysv-rc
  - Update maintainer address according to spec
