38		* Rename package qemu-arm-static to qemu-kvm-extras-static f... * Rename package qemu-arm-static to qemu-kvm-extras-static for consistency   and to avoid hardcoding the arch name in the package.  Add a transitional   package.  Move conffile in new package preinst and use the occasion to   prefix it with "30-", according to /etc/sysctl.d/README. * Rename arm binfmt to qemu-arm. * Use start procps upstart task to reapply all /etc/sysctl.d in   postinst/configure but also in postrm/purge; unfortunately, the settings   will remain applied as long as the package is in the removed state; see   LP #515706. * Add ${misc:Depends} and tweak descriptions of transitional packages to   keep lintian happy.
