* debian/rules:
- LD_LIBRARY_PATH for dpkg-shlibdeps has been moved to
"-lbuild-tree/glide2x/h3/lib". This fixes a FTBFS when
glide tries to search libglide.so.2 but fails following
the wrong LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
* debian/control:
- Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec
