  - src/osso-helplib.c: use gtk_widget_get_realized() instead of
    GTK_WIDGET_REALIZED(); this is only available since Gtk+ 2.20.0.
  - src/hildon-help-private.h: #define gtk_widget_get_realized() to
    GTK_WIDGET_REALIZED() when available.
