Change author e-mail address in files to scott@netsplit.com, and bump
Canonical's copyright to 2008.  Technically this isn't following
our policy, since I should use my work e-mail address; but I've always
used by netsplit.com one for this project, and write much of it outside
of work hours, so I'd rather be credited this way.
