  package and NOT a dummy transitional package. Benefit: deborphan no
  longer tries to remove the Wine suite and its dependencies by mistake.

* Added missing Build-Depend on autotools-dev and commented debian/rules
  lines that manually copied config.[guess|sub].
* Added missing Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, ${misc:Depends}.
