* debian/rules: Rename /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-modem to
  blacklist-modem.conf, rename /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base to alsa-base.conf
* debian/alsa-base.postinst: Rename previous paths, and perform rename on
  upgrade.
* debian/linux-sound-base.postinst: Create symlinks with new names.
* debian/linux-sound-base.postrm: Remove new paths as well
* debian/linux-sound-base.config: Update for new paths
* debian/alsa-base.README.Debian: Update paths in documentation.
