* Update to SVN 20080308 from the ubuntu/gcc-4_2-branch (corresponding
to the GCC-4.3.0 release for libffi, libjava, boehm-gc, zlib, gcc/java).
- Fix PR libffi/34612, libffi not working with -fomit-frame-pointer on ia32.
- Fix java debuginfo breakage.
- debian/patches/amd64-biarch.dpatch: Remove.
- debian/patches/ppc64-biarch.dpatch: Update.
