* debian/control: Added missing build dependency on ghostscript. It is
  needed to build the PDF version of the documentation and skipping the
  build of the PDF version is not correctly implemented in the upstream
  build system.
* debian/control: Removed build dependency on gs-common, this is a
  transitional package.
