* Merge with Debian testing; Remaining Ubuntu changes:
  - debian/control: Bump usbutils-udeb's priority to standard.
  - debian/usbutils.links: Add backwards compatibility symlink 
    /var/lib/misc/usb.ids → /var/lib/usbutils/usb.ids. We need to keep this
    until we switched hal, udev, and other consumers to use the pkgconfig
    file or the upstream path.
