* Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
  - Keep the pre-cdbs packaging; we need to build 64bit libs
    for powerpc, and biarch "support" in cdbs is "suboptimal".
  - Build 64bit packages on powerpc.
  - Configure with --disable-fat on lpia.
  - On powerpc install a wrapper for gmp.h, which includes gmp-ppc.h
    or gmp-ppc64.h depending on the target.
  - Build with srcdir != builddir.
  - Support `parallel' and `nocheck' in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS.
  - Use debian/*.install files, as --autodest doesn't work with biarch.
  - Link using -Bsymbolic-functions.
