* Drop explicit build-dependencies auto-resolved in recent cdbs.
* Update copyright file:
  + Fix license section: Expat _and_ other-X (not or).
  + Rewrap license sections Expat and other-X.
  + Add comment on Expat variation.
  + Drop references to cdbs snippets (no longer locally shipped).
  + Fix treat Autoconf and Libtool notes as exceptions (not separate
    licenses).
