* libusplash.{c,h}, usplash.c:
  - Move pulsate and animation pipes into libusplash to unblock animations
    while waiting for stdin (LP: #326709).
  - Process animations between commands to avoid falling behind when
    running in verbose mode.
  - Drop unneeded signal-blocking code.
