- add a bit more checking to ensure release is ready
+ look for 'un-released' in the changes file
+ check bzr for uncommitted changes
- do our pypi upload from the tarball directory, rather than
disturbing our current directory with dist/ and egg info
- print more precise dpkg -i instructions
