* Fixup codename handling for Ubuntu:
- skel/codenames/ubuntu.json: Add codenames for Ubuntu releases and
pockets.
- skel/metas/ubuntu.json: Use ubuntu codenames and associated groups
with the allowed-distribution hook.
- tests/fake_package/*: Update to use valid codename for Ubuntu targets
as all tests use the ubuntu meta.
