* Bootstrapping done via supplied binary package:
* Remove mit-scheme from build-depends.
* Add sharutils to build-depends.
* add debian/mit-scheme.deb.uue
* change debian/rules:
  + extract debian package
  + build with supplied mit-scheme instead of the one from the archives.
    This should make it easier to bootstrap mit-scheme in the
    future.
