  + Use dh 7 tiny rules file.
  + But override dh_auto_install, the tool needs root privileges to
    work, so install in /usr/sbin.
* debian/control:
  + Add pkg-config Build-Dep.
  + Standards-Version: 3.8.2, no changes needed.
* debian/docs:
  + Remove commands.txt, it's not shipped by upstream anymore.
* debian/u3-tool.install:
  + Drop the file, upstream's build-system is fine.
* debian/u3-tool.links:
  + It's u3-tool-usb now that needs a manpage link.
