version 2.0 or later (see the COPYING file).
The files in the tests directory (and subdirectoriesà can be used for
whichever purpose you see fit.
A notable exception in the copyright is the file
lib/ctioga2/graphics/styles/colorbrewer.rb that contains color sets
developed by Cynthia Brewer and Copyright (c) 2002 Cynthia Brewer,
