* Fixed a typo in debian/control (as suggested by PE).
* Renamed debian/dirs to debian/pgadmin3.dirs (as suggested by PE).
* Used the original orig.tar.gz instead of a generated one (PE).
* Removed orig target from debian/rules as it is not needed anymore and
  removed old commented out strings.
* Added a README file to pkg/debian so that people ignore files in this
  directory (unsynced files from pgAdmin III CVS repository)
