67 didn't contain .install and .manpages although 66 did and no changes were made to the branch other than a blacklist change. Issue seems to come from the .bzrignore list blacklisting debian/pkgbinarymangler.install and debian/pkgbinarymangler.manpages which are both needed if we want pkgbinarymangler to work properly
