* Changed build-dependency on libjpeg62-dev to libjpeg-dev (closes: #634642)
* Migrate to source format 3.0 (quilt):
  - add debian/source/format
  - drop build-dependency on dpatch
  - drop all patching/unpatching from debian/rules
  - drop touching of configure since quilt patching now does it for us
