* Added a working watch file (Closes: #449852).
* debian/rules
- Now it doesn't ignore make errors on distclean target.
- Changed to use /usr/share/dpatch/dpatch.make
- Modifed thanks to a patch from Anibal Monsalve Salazar
for not shipping config.sub and config.guess into the diff file.
