DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeCache.py:
- rewrite resolver logging, use a decorator start/stop logging
- renamed: _tryMarkObsoleteForRemoval -> tryMarkObsoleteForRemoval
DistUpgrade/DistUpgradeController.py:
- all logging is done in the cache class now, remove the ugly
  tests for the DistUpgradeViewText/NonInteractive
