Drop ubuntu_tracker_only_on_GNOME.patch:
This doesn't make sense now that Ubuntu is switching to GNOME
If a user installs tracker, they will get extra features
(file search in GNOME Shell's Activities Overview,
faster search in tracker-indexed directories, and working
metadata templates with Batch Rename)
tracker is a suggests in Debian's packaging too already
