rename 'uec' to a combination of 'cloudimg' or 'cloud'

Due to deprecation of the name "UEC", we're just renaming things and changing
labels here.  The one place I left 'uec' was in 'uec-rootfs' being the root
filesystem name for images prior to oneiric.  I just consider that something
that should not necessarily change in a stable release.
