Add another column to the CSV data, "backlog"

In addition to the median age and package count, it is useful for measuring
the effective "volume" of the backlog by taking the product of age * package
count.  We ignore all packages under a certain threshold (3 days) to avoid
jitter due to mass syncs / transitions that take time to clear
infrastructure.
