A full review on packaging and renaming qt-components-ubuntu -> ubuntu-ui-toolkit. This matches what got uploaded to raring archives.

Touches also files outside debian/:
* Rename qt-components-ubuntu -> ubuntu-ui-toolkit
* Fix a couple of copyright headers that incorrectly used GPL instead of LGPL

debian/:
* Replaces/Conflicts/Provides the old PPA package names
* Combine demos and examples to the -examples package
* Split the theme files into own package
* Prepare for daily package process
* Change into non-native package
* Clean debian/changelog to reflect having had the initial release to the archives
* Run wrap-and-sort on debian/control
* Bring ubuntu-sdk package into the ubuntu-ui-toolkit source package.
