US-268 [FIX] 2 invoices and 2 JE use the same Sequence number
FIX Data:
- on OCBHT143: it deletes the 3 JEs and 7 JIs associated to the wrong journal.
- on OCBHT101: it corrects the journal and the seq. num. on invoices, JE, JI and AJI. It generates sync messages to update JE, JI and AJI on OCBHQ
