utp-171 when we convert the prices for on change in Po line and for so back update from on order po, we do not round the value, otherwise we loose the computation decimal precision + dependencies correction so the Decimal Precision data is loaded before use within fields objects + cost in in process wizard is moved to wm module so Decimal PRecision data can be loaded before
