Change name of sound indicator from soundmenu to sound; don't update it if user has manually set gsettings because a user might conceivably have a custom indicator called soundmenu.  It's not like ug-keyboard where we 'own' the ug- namespace; speaking of, update most default indicator names to use full com.canonical.indicator namespace
