Added several analysis scripts to be run over the SS2 (upstream) data.
- Data/hallProbeLocations.dat lists the locations of the Hall probes in terms of (r, phi) and disc rotation during the SS2 mapping campaign
- analysisRoutines.py contains some fitting routines currently used for applying survey information.
- analysis_plots.py contains some functions for making specific types of plots with cuts
- data_checkProbeJitter.py looks at the 0A runs from the SS2 maps and derives the mean and standard deviation in the flat region
- data_checkRepeatability.py looks at two nominally identical 80A runs and compares them
- data_checkScaling.py compares 80% and 100% runs with and without the shielding plate
- data_checkShieldingPlate.py looks at the influence of the shielding plate on the data
- data_checkZeroField.py plots 0A data taken on different days
- data_findMagneticAxis_mapperCoordinates.py finds the magnetic axis *in mapper coordinates only* for several runs and makes some plots

NB: All of the data_* files depend on the directory structure data is kept in. The default here is /Data/Data/RunXX/Analysis/dataFile.dat where XX is a number from 00-99.
