[ADD] Added new module to check unit measures in product operations
This module comes from the need to control the selected measurement units when a 
product involving an operation are correct, to have no problem with units on hand and 
have a mismatch in the amounts shown in system

IMPROVEMENTS
================================
Overwrited the onchange in sale_order_line and stock_move because
they are not set the unit measure on the product configuration
for a mistake in the logic work from original methods

Added python constraints in account, purchase, stock and sale modules to avoid 
generate some document with a unit measure different from that stated to product 
configuration for every transaction type
