[ADD] translation file for the mrp_workcenter_responsible module.
[CC] udpate license url to vauxoo.com
[IMP] adapt module to the standard structure.
[CC] change url http://openerp.com.ve to http://www.vauxoo.com.
[CC] pep8 style.
[CC] take away unnecesary use of _() in the _columns fields attributes.
[FIX] change responsible_id field related to res.user to a hr.employee.
