Add intial support for vc-dir
* vc-accurev.el (vc-accurev-dir-status--helper): New defun to do
common vc-dir status operations
(vc-accurev-dir-status-files)
(vc-accurev-dir-status): Use it.
(vc-accurev--get-status): Accomodate recursive status explicitly
