- fixes for sunpro, with the exception of snd, kvirc now works with it
- replace solaris define with more correct one
- add win 6.3 kernel crap
- replace apparently deprecated QT4_FOUND with Qt4_FOUND, also fix display issue with audio backend
- remove solaris threads "support" (it never existed, and cmake upstream doesn't seem to care either)
- bump Devel-PPPort to 3.21, regenerate typemap from perl 5.18.1
