This monster of a commit splits the build into two independent modules: APP and UTILITIES, triggered by WITH_APP and WITH_UTILITIES defines (both default to on, so normal build is...normal).  This can be used by packagers to easily create separate packages for headless, non-X11 utilities (currently the collection scanner; at some point, the AFT tagger as well when I port it), while using the same tarball.  Let me know of any problems. svn path=/trunk/extragear/multimedia/amarok/; revision=938447	Jeff Mitchell	15 years ago
