Document repository view menu insertion points

Trying to get an overview of the available menu items in the repository
view context menu, I commented available menu items on the rather
generically named "repo-X" insertion points.

There are no functional changes. I will close the related bug WONTFIX,
since all the mentioned groups have multiple items under certain
conditions and can easily be grouped differently.
